Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may depend on telecom operators, technology partners, regulatory platforms, internet connectivity, third-party systems, and approval processes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved content, valid sender details, compliant templates, correct contact data, and lawful communication requirements.

4. Compliance

Clients must comply with applicable telecom, data protection, anti-spam, DLT, platform, and regulatory guidelines. Sky Route Digital may refuse, pause, or terminate services for non-compliant usage.

5. Client Data & Consent

Clients confirm that any customer data, contact lists, phone numbers, email addresses, templates, content, or campaign information shared with Sky Route Digital has been collected lawfully and with necessary consent or authorization. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permitted use of such data.

6. Payments

Services are generally provided on a prepaid or agreed commercial basis. Pricing, taxes, minimum usage, billing terms, and validity may vary depending on the selected service or quotation.

7. Refunds

Payments made for credits, services, setup, support, or usage are generally non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.

8. Delivery and Performance

Message delivery, response time, campaign performance, and reporting may vary due to operator routes, recipient network conditions, device availability, platform rules, content approval, or regulatory restrictions.

9. Prohibited Usage

Services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, spam, harmful, or unauthorized communication. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sky Route Digital shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, delivery failures caused by third parties, platform restrictions, regulatory actions, or misuse of services by clients.

11. Changes to Terms

Sky Route Digital may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
